We are looking for daring, brave, and “crazy” people. Fans of creating real products and who dream about launching and developing cool startups. You have ambitions, we have comfortable conditions for their fulfillment.

You will:

• Own the contracting process for standard contracts (with influencers, suppliers for Brand and Marketing teams);

• Draft and review of standard contracts, primarily under US and English law;

• Follow up with other contracting parties (influencers, suppliers) primarily from Tier 1 jurisdictions;

• Manage legal intake, tracking, and ticket triage;

• Communicate with other departments and teams (influencer management, Brand, compliance) on a regular basis;

• Support of IP rights transfer protocol process for main IT products;

• Maintain contract repository, signature processes, and templates;

• External providers onboarding, NDAs;

• Assists in draftying of standard documents and other matters to other Legal team members;

• Occasional legal research.

We’ll have a match if you:

• Foundational Legal Knowledge (understanding of legal terminology and processes (contracts, compliance, intellectual property), awareness of confidentiality, privilege, and data protection principles, familiarity with corporate structures and governance documents (at a basic level);

• Organisational Skills (time management, prioritisation in a fast-paced environment, document organisation and version control discipline, etc.);

• Basic project management skills (e.g., tracking timelines, updating project plans, monitoring deliverables);

• Problem-Solving & Initiative Resourcefulness (ability to identify when something is outside your scope and escalate appropriately, willingness to propose and implement small process improvements);

• Professional Mindset (discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information, commitment to accuracy and quality, adaptability to evolving priorities);

• Communication & Collaboration (Clear written and verbal communication, ability to draft clear meeting notes, summaries, simple documents, status updates, and process documentation, professional email etiquette);

• Technology & Tools (Use of basic AI instruments, proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, basic knowledge of legal tech tools, e-billing, document management systems, comfortable learning and adapting to new software quickly).

Will be an advantage:

• Legal background/formal training (completed or ongoing degree in law etc.);

• Experience in a similar position.
