What You’ll Do:
- Assist with a variety of corporate, commercial, and transactional legal matters, including:
- Contract drafting, review, and negotiation (tender agreements, GPOI agreements, distribution agreements, NDAs, vendor/supplier agreements, SaaS, services agreements, etc.)
- Corporate governance and entity management across countries in Europe
- Internal process improvement and policy development
- Support on M&A, financing, or strategic transactions, as needed
- Employment and works council matters
- Provide day-to-day legal support across general corporate matters, governance, employment, compliance, and contract management.
- Work cross-functionally with teams including Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to provide practical legal guidance and help move business initiatives forward.
- Manage and prioritize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Collaborate with outside counsel as needed and help manage workflows and documentation.
- Help improve legal workflows, templates, and internal processes as the legal function continues to scale.
- Maintain organized records and support contract lifecycle processes and legal operations.
What You Bring:

University degree in law, preferably Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 12+ years of experience, ideally with at least 2 years at a nationally recognized law firm with a focus on corporate, transactional, or commercial law.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with keen attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to roll up sleeves and take on both high-level and tactical tasks.
- Ability to balance legal risks with business needs and communicate effectively with non-lawyers.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a broad legal role.
- Interest in building scalable legal processes in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
