As a Legal Counsel supporting the Global Alternative Investment Solutions (GAIS) business, you will primarily provide expert legal advice to the Private Bank distribution business within GAIS, overseeing over $[176] billion in assets across hedge funds, real estate, and private equity. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and control stakeholders, support new product development, and address complex legal and regulatory issues. You will play a key role in negotiating distribution engagement letters, structuring and maintaining private funds, implementing regulatory changes, and managing reputational risk, all while contributing to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
