As a Commercial Lawyer supporting Nasdaq’s Corporate Solutions business, you will play a key role in managing legal risk while enabling commercial success. You will partner with a small, agile legal team and cross-functional stakeholders to draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on legal and regulatory issues, and drive efficiency across the business.
