ESCP Business School, a renowned European business school with five campuses (Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid, Turin) and a center in Dubai, is recruiting a bilingual French-English Legal Counsel to strengthen its Legal and Compliance Department.

Within a demanding and stimulating multicultural context, the selected candidate will work on strategic matters combining data protection, business law and international projects. This position contributes to ensuring the legal security and compliance of the Group’s activities at a European level.
Reporting to the Legal and Compliance Department, the role plays a key part in securing the Group’s legal framework.

🔹 Data Protection – Group DPO Support

• Support teams on all GDPR-related matters.

• Actively contribute to the Group DPO’s missions.

• Monitor compliance and update related documentation.

• Promote a responsible data culture across European campuses.

🔹 Business Law & International Projects

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and international partnerships.

• Advise operational teams on legal matters.

• Contribute to the legal structuring of strategic international projects.

• Conduct proactive legal and regulatory monitoring.

Profile required

• Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent), ideally in business law, digital law or data protection.

• LL.M. abroad is a plus.

• Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).

• Previous experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is appreciated.

• Strong ability to analyze complex legal matters and provide clear, structured recommendations.

• Ability to adapt to evolving environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong interest in international and multicultural environments.
