The business of Ranpak is legally supported by the Director Senior Counsel based in the Netherlands. To further strengthen the legal team, we are currently looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel.
You are responsible for a wide variety of legal matters across the EMEA and APAC business, such as commercial contracts with suppliers, distributors and customers, and protection and enhancement of Ranpak’s intellectual property portfolio. You work closely together with the business and provide them with support for all legal matters related to the EMEA and APAC regions of Ranpak. You act as Business Partner and in that capacity you advise on strategic business objectives.
