Your role:

In this role, you will be at the heart of high-impact M&A and venture capital transactions, advising internal clients and cross-functional transaction teams on a broad spectrum of cross-border deals — from share and asset acquisitions and disposals to joint ventures, strategic investments, and financing matters. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor to the venture capital investment team, supporting transactions across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Israel, covering investment structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Owning the legal workstream end-to-end, you will lead due diligence reviews, drive negotiations through to signing and closing, and manage post-closing matters. You will collaborate closely with external counsel and cross-functional partners including Tax, Accounting, Treasury, and Corporate teams, balancing competing interests while delivering pragmatic, commercially sound solutions. You will also champion the adoption of legal technology and AI tools to sharpen transaction workflows and elevate the quality of legal counsel delivered.

Who You Are:

• You hold a law degree and bring 3 to 6 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, gained in an international law firm or the legal department of a multinational company.
• You have hands-on experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A and venture capital transactions — this is essential for the role.
• You are comfortable advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and navigating regulatory frameworks; experience in competition law and/or foreign direct investment regulations is a plus.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence across all levels of an organization, including senior management, and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You bring a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach to legal challenges, taking ownership of your workstreams and driving matters forward with a high degree of independence.
• You are organized, collaborative, and thrive when managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines without losing attention to detail.
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in German (written and spoken) is a strong advantage, particularly for drafting and negotiating legal documents.
