We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Counsel to support regulatory compliance across a global, technology-driven business. This role offers hands-on exposure to regulatory implementation, contract governance, audit readiness, and trade compliance within a collaborative legal team. You’ll work closely with senior counsel and cross-functional partners to translate regulatory requirements into practical, defensible legal frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career lawyer looking to build in-house regulatory experience.
This role supports the Legal and Regulatory Affairs function by helping operationalize regulatory obligations across contracts, training, audits, and compliance processes. The position plays a key role in ensuring regulatory requirements are accurately reflected in legal documentation and business practices. It is a delivery-focused legal role that combines regulatory analysis with execution and governance support.
This role does not independently set regulatory strategy. It is not a litigation or commercial negotiations role. Instead, it supports regulatory compliance execution under the direction of senior legal and compliance leaders.
· A law degree or equivalent legal qualification, with interest in regulatory or compliance law
· Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to contracts and governance processes
· Strong drafting, review, and analytical skills with close attention to detail
· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a professional environment
· Sound judgment and professionalism when handling compliance matters
· Clear written and verbal communication skills
· Support regulatory compliance initiatives across contract governance, documentation, and audit readiness
· Draft and review regulatory contract templates and addenda to ensure regulatory alignment
· Conduct contract and document reviews to identify gaps between base terms and regulatory obligations
· Support internal and external audit activities, including evidence coordination and response preparation
· Assist with regulatory training programs to ensure content meets compliance requirements
· Support trade compliance and sanctions processes, including documentation of enhanced review protocols
· Assist with regulatory governance activities, including policy maintenance and vendor due diligence updates
· Law degree (or equivalent) with up to 4 years of relevant legal or regulatory experience
· Foundational knowledge of regulatory compliance and contract governance
· Experience drafting, reviewing, or supporting legal documentation
· Familiarity with audit, risk, or compliance processes
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
