Zoetis is seeking an experienced in-house Legal Counsel / Solicitor to provide legal support to our Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS) organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive in-house experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex services, manufacturing, and strategic partner transactions.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to critical business initiatives. The successful candidate will be a key legal partner to the GMS teams, as well as other business units within the organization. This position provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment, engaging in cutting-edge technology transactions while contributing to policy development, risk mitigation, and process improvements. This role will report directly to the Chief Counsel, GMS and Trade Compliance, and will work closely with the Deputy Chief Counsel GMS and Indirect Procurement.
Education:
Qualified solicitor or barrister in Ireland (or another common law jurisdiction), with demonstrated academic achievement and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ireland or the Bar of Ireland.
Experience:
8-10 years of PQE (post qualified experience), ideally in a combination of top-tier law firms and corporate in-house roles.
Strong background in manufacturing and supply, procurement, real estate transactions, complex vendor negotiations, and corporate governance matters.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or large multinational is a strong advantage. Knowledge of ESG regulations and real estate is a plus.
