As General Counsel, Corporate Governance and Securities, here at Honeywell, you will provide strategic legal advice and guidance across a diverse range of critical legal matters. Your role will include ensuring compliance with securities and corporate governance laws, developing and implementing best practices and risk mitigation strategies and providing support for critical business initiatives at the corporate level.
You will report directly to our Deputy General Counsel for Corporate Transactions, Securities & Governance. You will work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina, location on an on-site work schedule.

THE BUSINESS UNIT
The Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG) at Honeywell is a division focused on corporate-level functions and initiatives that support the overall operations and strategy of the company. It is responsible for overseeing areas such as finance, legal, human resources, communications, and corporate governance, working closely with other business units and SBGs to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.
