We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Capital Markets Analyst with hands-on experience supporting loan funding, post-closing, or capital markets operations to join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to our mission of empowering real estate investors across the nation.

In This Role You Will:
 
  • Utilize previous experience within Real Estate Law to prepare and review business-purpose lending loan documents.
  • Manage the preparation of loan documents.
  • Conduct legal research to stay up to date with changes in state laws and regulations of compliance.
  • Advise on legal implications and risks related to loan documents.
  • Lead and manage a team of paralegals while ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the team.
  • Review and analyze system generated loan documents.

Requirements:
 
  • 7 or more years of experience in Real Estate Law.
  • Active Bar member in good standing within your state.
  • Proficiency in managing Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
