Legal Counsel - Your future role?

As a Legal Counsel in Vernier, you will support the business on all legal matters roviding advice on a broad range of issues with a particular focus on commercial agreements, rafting and negotiation of key commercial contracts working closely with the business to help achieve business objectives according to corporate guidelines and relevant law.

You will:

• Provide legal advice to the fragrance and flavours divisions worldwide and to the corporate functions.
• Negotiate and draft all types of agreements between us and our partners
• Review the legal aspects of multiple documents, guidelines and procedures and other documents used by us, both internally and externally
• Handle claims and litigation
• Co-operate with outside counsel where required

You have:

• Master of Law & admitted to the bar
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate law department
• Fluent English and French
• Swiss legal background
• Ability to influence, negotiate and build productive working relationships
