Legal Operations Management:
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline legal processes and improve
efficiency.
• Develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the Company's
operations.
• Maintain proper corporate interactions with the relevant governmental bodies and
regulatory authorities.
• Provide advice on corporate company structure matters and handle corporate
governance.
• Oversee contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating
agreements.
• Manage the legal budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors on jurisdiction-specific matters, including
litigation, enforcement, and license applications.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts with efficiency, attention to detail, and
appropriate risk management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations, data protection laws, and
other legal requirements.
• Lead regulatory and risk management efforts, including staying abreast of new
regulations and legislation.
• Lead licensing processes for new jurisdictions, advising senior management on local
compliance and regulatory issues.
• Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments.
• Investigate and respond to legal claims and disputes.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and mentor the legal operations team, fostering a collaborative and
highperforming work environment.
• Participate in the development and growth of the business with proactive advice and
initiatives supporting commercial goals.
• Manage all legal team to deliver high-quality legal services across various business
functions.
• Contribute to training of the team and other stakeholders to build legal knowledge
within the business.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, product
development, and marketing teams, to provide legal guidance and support.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
Policy and Procedure Development:
• Develop and implement company-wide legal policies and procedures.
• Ensure all legal documentation and processes are up-to-date and in line with industry
best practices. Technology and Innovation:
• Identify and implement legal technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in legal operations and gaming law.
