Capchase is seeking a Head of Legal to lead its global legal strategy and operations. As a critical thought partner to the leadership team, this role offers the opportunity to shape the legal foundation of a rapidly scaling fintech recognized for innovation in equipment and software financing.

The Head of Legal will build and scale Capchase’s legal function, collaborating closely with capital markets, finance, sales, and product teams. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating credit facilities, financial products, and capital market transactions, as well as overseeing regulatory matters and risk management. The role also involves supporting product development, managing customer agreements, and advising on legal, regulatory, and strategic issues at the executive level.

Ideal candidates bring at least six years of legal experience, including both top-tier law firm and in-house fintech or financial services roles. Expertise in structuring and negotiating credit facilities or structured finance transactions is essential, with direct equipment financing experience considered a plus. Familiarity with fintech regulation, lending, securities, and payments is required, along with a JD from a top law school and a license to practice in the United States.
