Legal Advisory & Business Support: Provide day-to-day legal support and advice across business operations and projects.
Contracts & Documentation: Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, while maintaining contract templates and contract management systems (CMS).
Employment & Regulatory Matters: Advise HRA on employment, labor law, and immigration-related legal issues.
Disputes & Risk Management: Assist in managing litigation, disputes, and support Finance on debt collection, settlements, and claims.
Legal Research & Compliance: Conduct legal research, provide legal opinions, and ensure alignment with HQ Compliance & Legal requirements.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
LL.B. or Bachelor of Laws; Bar passer.
At least 5 years of legal experience, with a background in a corporate environment.
Experience in handling labor, civil, and criminal cases.
Strong legal expertise with proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Excellent communication skills and solid business acumen.
High ethical standards and integrity, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
