Legal Counsel

We are looking for a sharp, business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our team. Reports to: VP Legal.

You will play a pivotal role in providing legal guidance across all aspects of our operations. You will be the go-to person for complex commercial agreements, employment law, and corporate governance, ensuring that our legal strategy aligns with our ambitious 2026 growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of international commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, and partnership contracts.
  • Inter-departmental Support: Provide ongoing legal advice to various departments (R&D, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations) to mitigate risks and support business initiatives.
  • Employment Law: Partner with the HR department to provide guidance on labor laws, employee equity plans and internal policies.
  • Privacy & Compliance: Ensure company-wide compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Education: LL.B. degree and a valid license to practice law in Israel.
  • Experience: At least 5- 7 years of experience as a lawyer. (Preference given to candidates who have worked in the high-tech department of a large law firm and have also served as in-house counsel at a high- tech company).
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and find creative legal solutions to business challenges.
  • Language Skills: Native or near-native level of English and Hebrew (written and verbal) – a must.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A "can-do" attitude, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
