Legal Counsel (5+ yrs)

Our client, Xplore Inc., is seeking a Legal Counsel with 5+ years of corporate/commercial experience to join its high-performing collaborative legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive lawyer to join a leading Canadian telecommunications business during an exciting and pivotal period of growth and transformation. In this role, you will support a broad range of sophisticated and interesting corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on compliance, driving process improvement and innovation (including through the adoption of AI and legal technology tools), and providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across the organization.

This is a hybrid position (3 days a week) based in Markham, Ontario.
