Legal Counsel

Each one of us Mehiläinen professionals is different. But one thing unites us all - we’re on a lifelong mission. If you feel the same way, come and work with us.

LEGAL COUNSEL

We are seeking a Legal Counsel for a fixed-term, full-time position as a parental leave substitute, with an expected duration of 12–18 months. The preferred start date is between June-August 2026. With the continued growth of the Mehiläinen Group, it is possible that new positions may become open within the Group legal over the coming years.

We are looking for a candidate with at least a few years of relevant professional experience, for example in a law firm or as an in-house counsel. However, above all, we are looking for a suitable individual to join our versatile and continuously growing group.

In this role, you will support the business in group‑level legal and contractual matters, including a variety of commercial agreements and corporate law‑related tasks.

We value strong analytical skills, an independent and flexible working style, good interpersonal skills, determination, the ability to prioritize, and resilience under pressure. The position requires excellent written and spoken Finnish and English.

Experience in M&A transactions and public procurement, as well as proficiency in Swedish, will be considered an advantage.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of a leading healthcare and social services provider. We offer a hybrid working model, with on-site work taking place in our modern premises in Kamppi, Helsinki.
