Responsible for providing expert counsel on a broad range of issues and ensure that all legal in-house activities of the Group (with respect to Portugal and to other countries) are managed in accordance with the Department and the Group’s goals.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Contract Revision & Legal Opinions:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations and align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Provide well-reasoned and thoroughly researched legal opinions to support business decisions.
  • Analyse complex legal issues and provide clear, concise, and actionable legal advice.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide legal support and guidance;
  • Support business development activities, including due diligence processes and strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Law;
• 3 – 5 years of professional experience preferably with exposure to Life Sciences, Corporate Law, International Commercial Law;
• Demonstrated integrity and strong ethical standards;
• Versatility to address a broad range of legal matters in a multicultural environment, including areas beyond core expertise;
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Exposure to Intellectual Property matters
• Proficiency in English.
