- Interact and work with the group's departments (sales, purchasing, Human Resources, R&D, operations and finance) on diverse legal issues.
- Manage all corporate governance work in multiple subsidiaries in various jurisdictions, including equity incentive plans. Handle ongoing worldwide legal matters and maintain and manage the group's entities worldwide.
- Be in charge of the group’s corporate matters and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including intercompany agreements, software licenses, professional services contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and employment agreements.
- Manage privacy and compliance-related legal matters, ensuring that Travelier adheres to relevant global privacy laws and standards. Oversee ongoing requirements made by financial services providers.
- Collaborate with, advise, and support cross-functional internal and external teams on a wide variety of legal matters relating to the company’s day-to-day operations, including compliance and corporate governance in multiple jurisdictions.
- Continuously improve standard agreement templates, policies and procedures.
- Work with legal colleagues on multidisciplinary legal matters.
- Manage and lead projects involving legal and various business units.
- Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed.
- 3-5 years of legal experience working in a Hi-Tech, International or Commercial department of a major law firm in Israel, or as an in-house lawyer in a legal department of a global Hi-Tech company.
- High level of professionalism, analytical, detail oriented, multi-tasking capabilities and 'can do' attitude - ability to manage, prioritize and support multiple matters simultaneously for different stakeholders.
- Strong verbal communication skills, organizational skills, team player and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to comfortably work in a global organization with a multicultural environment.
- English native speaker or mother tongue command of English - A MUST
- Experience with data privacy laws - strong advantage.
