What you will do:

• Provide legal and compliance advice across contracts, privacy, risk, and regulation

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements

• Design and maintain robust compliance policies, processes, and training programs

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 4+ years of experience in legal, compliance, risk, or related functions

• Is a qualified lawyer or holds relevant compliance/risk credentials (preferred)

• Has prior experience at a recognized law firm, financial institution, insurer, or tech company
