DescriptionGeneral legal support with a focus on commercial contracts, corporate law, M&A, and compliance.
Provide legal support globally to Ammega. Act as a trusted advisor to the business and helping build a robust legal function.
ResponsibilitiesIndividual accountabilities:
•Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of domestic and international commercial agreements.
•Advise on corporate law matters, including M&A transactions and post-deal integration.
•Manage external legal counsel and litigation matters.
•Provide legal guidance on regulatory matters and liaise with public authorities.
•Analyse legislation and regulations, provide legal opinions - including implementation and/or impact on the business.
Shared accountabilities
•Contribute to legal entity management and rationalization.
•Develop, implement and enforce corporate policies and procedures
•Ensure harmonized legal practices across the Group.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, operations) to support business goals

•General Counsel, Legal Counsel and Paralegal
•Management and Board of Directors of Group entities
•Purchasing, sales and business operations teams
Qualifications
•7-10 years post qualification experience, in an international law firm and/or in-house legal department.
•Fluent in written and spoken English (min CEFR C2)
•Strong generalist legal skills in commercial contracts, corporate law, and M&A.
•Experience or interest in compliance.
•Excellent communication skills and a constructive, collaborative mindset.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
•Willingness to help build and shape legal processes and tools.
