We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a UK qualified employment lawyer to join our team as Legal Counsel on a fixed term contract maternity cover. You’ll be supporting the Legal Director (Employment) in handling of large employment tribunal caseloads.
Ideally with in-house experience but we can consider a move from private practice. This role would suit 5 years PQE. It’s a great role with room to grow and develop.

What we’re looking for (Essential Skills & Experience)
- Qualified UK lawyer with a strong track record in employment law, especially managing a busy and varied caseload of employment litigation. This would suit 5 years PQE.
- Sound legal, commercial, business and negotiating acumen, with strong technical legal skills.
- Keen to develop the use of generative AI to drive efficiencies in day‑to‑day work.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
