We are looking for an experienced and proactive Legal Counsel with significant experience with AI legal tools, to join our in‑house legal team in Herzliya.

The role combines commercial contracting, regulatory and product‑related compliance, and legal support for technology‑enabled business and legal processes, including the responsible use of automation and AI tools across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements supporting the company’s business activities.
  • Support product, marketing and business compliance in line with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal aspects of automated and technology‑enabled processes, including AI use in legal and organizational workflows.
  • Work with business, product, IT and operations teams on compliant implementation of new tools and process improvements.
  • Support modernization of Legal‑function processes, including adoption of AI‑assisted tools.
  • Provide ongoing legal advice and collaborate with senior legal counsels on cross‑functional matters.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience at a leading law firm or as in‑house counsel at a global high‑tech company.
  • Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with AI and automation tools, with practical use in legal or business workflows.
  • Tech‑savvy, business‑oriented and comfortable supporting process improvement initiatives.
  • English at mother tongue level, with strong drafting and communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to manage matters end‑to‑end.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
