Legal Counsel (IL/LSW)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal function. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner, providing high-quality legal guidance to support the Company’s operations in a fast-evolving, international and highly regulated environment.

The position requires a strong focus on competition law, digital business models and legal compliance frameworks, while actively contributing to the Company’s transformation and risk governance agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic legal business partner to internal stakeholders across all relevant functions, ensuring legally sound and commercially viable decision-making
• Provide high-quality, pragmatic legal advice particularly in the areas Competition / Antitrust Law, Commercial and Contract Law, E-commerce and digital regulations, Consumer Protection Law, Data Protection and Privacy Law
• Support, develop, and continuously maintain the Company’s Antitrust Compliance Program
• Design and deliver targeted legal training and awareness initiatives,
• Proactively identify and assess legal risks associated with business models, projects, and transformation initiatives, develop and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Provide end-to-end legal support in complex projects and cross-functional initiatives, including digitalization and e-commerce developments
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, risk standards, and business objectives
• Ensure effective implementation of data protection and privacy standards, translating regulatory requirements into practical and business-friendly solutions
• Contribute to the Company’s legal risk management and governance framework, including reporting and escalation processes
• Provide legal support in corporate governance matters

Qualifications

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent); postgraduate degree (LL.M.) is a plus
• Admission to one of Turkish Bar Associations and minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within an international company and/or a leading law firm
• Proven expertise in competition law frameworks. Experience with antitrust compliance programs is highly desirable
• Strong business approach combined with a solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset
• Ability to operate effectively in an international and matrix organization
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate legal complexity into actionable guidance
• High level of ownership, integrity, team spirit and communication skills
• Excellent command of English. German is an asset
