Responsibilities:
- Support licensing and regulatory projects across multiple jurisdictions, under the guidance of senior legal counsel(s)
- Assist with the preparation of licence applications, regulatory filings, and supporting documentation
- Draft and review business plans, policies, manuals, and internal procedures required for regulatory submissions
- Conduct legal and regulatory research related to financial services, brokerage, and fintech regulations in various countries
- Liaise with external legal and compliance advisors supporting licensing processes
- Review and assist with commercial agreements and selected corporate matters
- Provide day-to-day legal support on regulatory and compliance-related questions
- Work closely with internal business teams to understand project needs and support commercial initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–6 years PQE as a qualified lawyer
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a brokerage, fintech, or law firm advising regulated financial services clients
- Hands-on exposure to licensing or regulatory work (supporting role acceptable)
- Experience working with external legal or compliance consultants
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in understanding how regulated businesses operate
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Business-level English proficiency (B2 / CEFR or above)
