Reporting to the META General Counsel and based in Dubai, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple business lines, including Building Automation, Process Technologies, Industrial Solutions and Process Automation, while contributing to both strategic legal initiatives and core corporate governance matters.
This is an opportunity for a lawyer ready to step into a broader, more dynamic in-house environment combining hands-on legal work, exposure to regional leadership, and involvement in shaping legal operations and processes.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
Corporate & Governance
- Support legal entity management across Honeywell’s META footprint, including statutory compliance, filings, and governance frameworks.
- Work on board and shareholder matters, including drafting resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate approvals.
- Oversee corporate licensing, renewals, and regulatory submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain and enhance governance standards and corporate records in line with local legal requirements.
Commercial & Legal Operations Exposure
- Support contract lifecycle processes, including review, coordination, and execution of commercial agreements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of legal processes, templates and automation initiatives.
- Partner with legal, compliance, and business stakeholders across the region to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance legal service delivery and operational excellence.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
- Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years’ PQE, with experience at a reputed, international law firm and/or relevant in-house experience
- Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction
- Experience in corporate, commercial, or governance matters
- Familiarity with entity management, regulatory frameworks, and contract processes
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-border environment
- Interest in legal operations, process improvement, and technology-enabled legal delivery
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
