We are looking for a motivated and dedicated junior lawyer to join our in-house legal team located in Herzliya to work on various commercial, corporate and compliance matters.

This is a temporary position for 6 months, with an option to extend based on business needs and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial legal documents and contracts.
• Support legal activities for product and marketing compliance matters to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
• Assist in corporate secretarial activities for the company and its global subsidiaries, including maintaining corporate records, coordinating annual filings and implementing corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Work alongside senior legal counsels in their tasks and responsibilities.
• advise various internal company stakeholders across the company’s different departments and activities.

• 1-3 years’ experience at a prominent law firm or as in-house counsel in a global high-tech company -must
• English and Hebrew – fluent (native is a plus), with excellent writing and drafting skills.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Hands on and business oriented – with understanding of the need to play an active role in deals and help get the jobs done A to Z
• Experienced in integrating AI tools into legal workflows
• Team player
