Legal Counsel - UK

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Provide essential legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs.
• Support internal teams in dispute resolution and proactive risk management.
• Act as the primary legal advisor for UK operations, ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Keep a close watch on developments in UK energy, renewable, and employment law.

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• You are a qualified solicitor or barrister in the UK.
• You possess 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
• You have strong expertise in commercial, corporate, and energy-related legal matters.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• You can work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• English C1 is required.
