We are expanding our Executive & Leadership Counseling services and are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMHPs) who are passionate about working with leaders, executives, managers, business owners, and entrepreneurs.


About the Role

This role focuses on providing executive-level counseling and therapeutic support to high-performing individuals in leadership positions. Clients may include:

  • Executives and senior leaders
  • Managers and directors
  • Business owners and entrepreneurs
  • Professionals navigating growth, pressure, and transition


This is not traditional outpatient therapy alone. While services remain clinically grounded, the work often centers on:

  • Leadership stress and burnout
  • Decision fatigue and responsibility overload
  • Identity, purpose, and alignment
  • Performance, resilience, and boundaries
  • Navigating personal and professional complexity


This role is ideal for clinicians who understand leadership dynamics or are eager to develop specialized expertise in executive and leadership-focused counseling.


Client Population Served

  • Professionals in transition or growth phases

All services are provided via secure telehealth platforms.


Core Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and leadership-focused counseling via telehealth
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches adapted for leadership contexts
  • Support clients in managing stress, performance pressure, and role complexity
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and clinically appropriate care
  • Complete documentation and session notes in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with leadership and clinical support teams
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to leadership and executive counseling


Required Credentials

Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted mental health license, such as:

  • LPC / LMHC
  • LCSW
  • LMFT
  • Psychologist (PhD / PsyD)
  • Other state-recognized mental health licenses


Experience & Background (Preferred)

  • Prior experience working with leaders, executives, business owners, or professionals
  • Background in:
  • Business
  • Management
  • Leadership
  • Consulting
  • Entrepreneurship

OR

  • Strong interest in developing competency in executive and leadership counseling

Business experience is valued but not required. Training and support will be provided for clinicians who are motivated to learn this specialty area.

Qualifications Summary

Required

  • Active, unrestricted LMHP license
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical practice
  • Comfort working with high-functioning, high-responsibility clients
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to provide services via telehealth

  • Experience or interest in leadership, business, or executive work
  • Experience with stress management, burnout, identity, or performance issues
