Job Description & Summary

Your legal expertise helps manage risk, resolve complexity, and support confident decisionmaking across the business. As a Legal Counsel in our Litigation, Regulatory & Counselling team within the Office of General Counsel & Secretariat, youll play a critical role advising on regulatory and litigation matters that shape outcomes for PwC Australia. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation on highimpact legal issues.

What you’ll do: 

  • Support senior lawyers across all aspects of regulatory matters 

  • Supporting senior lawyers to manage actual and threatened litigation and other contentious matters 

  • Assisting with the review, legal analysis and preparation of legal advice for internal clients, whilst working closely with risk and compliance teams 

  • Provide focused, pragmatic solutions to address legal risk and complex business problems 
     

What we’re looking for: 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant legal experience from a law firm 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with business partners, OGC & Secretariat colleagues and external counsel 

  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail, including the ability to draft clear and precise legal communications 

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines 

  • Enthusiasm to work across a diverse range of legal matters in a fastpaced environment
