The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 10 years' post\-admission experience in corporate and\/or commercial law
<\/li>
Recognised expertise in IP, corporate advisory, IT, M&A, and corporate transactions
<\/li>
Experience advising diverse local and international clients across private and public sectors
<\/li>
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
<\/li>
Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers
<\/li> <\/ul>
Key responsibilities:

- Lead complex negotiations and transactions
