The J.P. Morgan Chase Legal Department provides legal services to the Firm and is organized by practice groups that align with J.P. Morgan’s lines of business or specific corporate functions. We are currently searching for a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel who will join the J.P. Morgan Payments legal team in a role specifically focused on supporting the Merchant Services business. The position will be located in Plano, Texas or Chicago, Illinois.
As an attorney within the J.P. Morgan Payments legal team, your focus will be on supporting the Merchant Services business. As part of the Commercial & Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan Payments enables organizations of all sizes to execute transactions efficiently and securely, transforming the movement of information, money and assets. Merchant Services is a line of business within J.P. Morgan Payments, and is a global merchant acquirer that provides payment processing services (authorizations, conveyance and settlement of transactions involving credit and debit cards, electronic checks and other payment methods).
