Accountabilities

    • Lead and support People Operations functions related to employment, including internal investigations, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Prepare responses for EEOC and other relevant agencies.
    • Negotiate, draft, and implement employment policies and guidelines.
    • Design and conduct training for management and employees on employment law and practices.
    • Conduct internal investigations and provide analysis on trends.
    • Offer proactive legal advice on global labor and employment law issues.
    • Manage complex and sensitive projects related to employment policies and compliance.

Requirements

    • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar.
    • 7+ years of legal experience in employment law.
    • Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
    • Strong communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
    • Developed business insight to anticipate risks and prioritize effectively.
    • Experience with AI tools for enhanced legal efficiency is preferred.
