Summary
Our client, a premier management-side litigation firm, is seeking a Special Counsel to join its litigation practice. This is a senior, practice-focused role for a seasoned litigator whose core specialty is general liability and negligence defense, complemented by working knowledge of employment law and labor relations. The attorney will handle a substantial general liability and negligence caseload, including premises liability, bodily injury, and related tort matters on behalf of the firm's insured and EPLI-covered clients, while also supporting employment matters that range from administrative charges and EPLI claim response through single-plaintiff litigation and class and collective actions. The role calls for the professional acumen to serve as a trusted advisor to a sophisticated, management-side client base and to deliver the trusted results clients expect at every stage of a matter. The Special Counsel will work within a collegial, fully integrated practice group, carry meaningful client-facing responsibility, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's litigation platform.
