Rogers Group is currently seeking a Senior Counsel, Real Estate and Acquisitions to sit out of our Nashville, TN office. This position will be reporting directly to Rogers Group’s Vice President and General Counsel.
Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years as practicing attorney with primary focus on real estate and/or acquisitions.
Experience handling complex real estate transactions and acquisitions, preferably involving industrial, mining, construction, or infrastructure assets.
Strong working knowledge of title, survey, zoning, land use, and environmental diligence.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
