• Senior Legal Counsel / Head of Legal – High Growth Consumer Sector

  Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

  Salary: £100k–£120k + stock options

  We’re looking for a Lead Legal Counsel / Head of Legal who can hit the ground running and shape a legal function with the support of a small team. This is the first dedicated legal leadership role for the organisation and there is a potential path to General Counsel as the business scales.

   

  What You’ll Do

  • Own the legal strategy for a business generating multi-million pound revenues.
  • Protect intellectual property across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead contract review, negotiation, and compliance for global operations.
  • Collaborate with remote legal team members.
  • Drive best practice and provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.

   

  What We’re Looking For

  • PQE: 5+ years with previous experience of the FMCG, consumer, beauty or wellness sectors.
  • Expertise in IP protection and commercial law.
  • A confident leader who can step up and take ownership.
  • Smart, quick-thinking, and an excellent communicator.
  • Comfortable in a high-performing team with strong intellectual rigor.
