About the Opportunity

In this varied role you will provide specialist legal advice across CleanCo’s operations with a focus on, but not limited to, procurement matters across the organisation. These matters might sit within renewable energy projects, IT procurement (QITC) and major developments.  Reporting to the Legal Manager (Deputy General Counsel), you’ll partner with leaders to manage legal risk and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.

This permanent Brisbane-based role offers workplace flexibility, including part-time / job share arrangements, and the opportunity to shape strategic outcomes in a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.

About you

You bring:

• Bachelor of Law and an unrestricted Queensland Practising Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one immediately)
• 7+ years post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally across energy, resources, procurement, or governance
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, drafting, and managing complex legal matters
• Experience with the Queensland Information Technology Contracting framework (QITC) would be advantageous
• Experience in top-tier law firms or large in-house environments
• A collaborative, pragmatic approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills
