In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting global operations by managing corporate and commercial legal matters, drafting essential agreements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Accountabilities
- Support Projects & Transactions by managing legal aspects of cross-border projects.
- Provide corporate & commercial advisory for various jurisdictions.
- Handle operational excellence by improving legal processes and maintaining documentation.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly cross-border issues.
- Hands-on knowledge of English-law-governed contracts.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1), other languages a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in modern productivity and AI tools.
