Accountabilities
- Manage high volume single plaintiff consumer litigation cases
- Draft motions and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements and handle court appearances
- Prepare cases for trial
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies
- Maintain significant client contact
Requirements
- At least 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably with single plaintiff work
- Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation or other consumer litigation
- Background with top law firms or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
- Strong work ethic and ability to drive cases to resolution
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
