The Corporate Legal Counsel II provides legal guidance and support on a broad range of business matters for SICK’s U.S., Canadian, and Mexican entities. This role partners with internal stakeholders to draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on legal and compliance issues, resolve disputes, and support business operations while mitigating risk. The Corporate Legal Counsel II operates with a high degree of independence and sound judgment in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

The base salary is one part of our Total Rewards package and is determined within a range. The starting base salary range for this position is listed below; the actual starting salary will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skill set, education, performance, licenses/certifications, business needs and other job-related factors, as permitted by law.
