VP/SVP Transaction Counsel
Location: Dublin (hybrid)
A leading global aircraft leasing platform is hiring a senior commercial professional to join its Dublin-based transactions team.
This role sits at the centre of complex aviation deals, with responsibility for negotiating transactions across leasing, trading, OEM procurement, restructurings and portfolio activity. You’ll work closely with airlines, investors, manufacturers and advisors, managing deals from contract stage through to closing.
Key Requirements:
- Strong commercial judgement and deal execution experience
- Comfortable managing complex, cross-border transactions
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills

Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial environment within aviation leasing or a legal setting.
