Assistant General Counsel (Remote, Eastern or Central Time Zones Preferred)
Ensemble Performing Arts is a high-growth, mission-driven owner and operator of performing arts schools and businesses. We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join as Assistant General Counsel to serve as a key legal partner on corporate transactions that drive Ensemble’s roll-up strategy. The role is M&A-focused with additional responsibility for broad legal support to our business units. This is a full-time, remote position, with preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones.
The Role
You’ll operate with an owner mentality: working efficiently and independently while actively collaborating to build a scalable legal function in support of Ensemble’s mission. You’ll be in the middle of high-impact work with senior leaders, translating legal complexity into smart, practical business decisions.

This role is full-time and remote, with an expected $170,000–$200,000 annual base salary, plus bonus eligibility. Within this range, pay is determined by work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
