We’re seeking Commercial Counsel to join our growing in-house legal team onsite at our Norwalk headquarters. This role is perfect for a commercial contracts attorney or corporate counsel who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environment and enjoys collaborating directly with business teams. You’ll support the Sales, Operations, and Finance teams by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, from NDAs and SOWs to customer-facing contracts with Fortune 100 companies. You’ll also gain exposure to broader corporate legal and compliance matters as you grow with the business.
