At Truvio, we're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Head of Legal who wants to do more than provide legal advice, you'll shape how legal enables business growth.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll lead the legal function and play a key role in the company's continued international expansion. You'll work closely with senior leadership and teams across Commercial, Product, Technology and Finance, building scalable legal processes, strengthening governance, and helping the business navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.

Your impact
As Head of Legal, you'll be responsible for developing a modern, scalable legal function that supports growth across multiple jurisdictions. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring legal becomes a true business enabler.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing the company's legal function and legal strategy.
Designing and continuously improving legal processes, governance frameworks and policies that scale with the business.
Building standardized contract templates, negotiation playbooks and approval workflows.
Driving automation initiatives and promoting the responsible use of legal technology and AI.
Advising executive management and business leaders on strategic legal and commercial matters.
Leading negotiations of complex commercial agreements, including IT, SaaS, cloud and software licensing contracts.
Strengthening the company's compliance framework across data privacy, cybersecurity, digital regulations and financial regulatory requirements.
Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and translating them into practical business actions.
Supporting corporate governance, acquisitions, reorganizations and other strategic transactions.
Collaborating with IT and Security to address legal aspects of cybersecurity, information security and emerging technologies.
Managing external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions and overseeing dispute resolution when required.
Who you are
You're a senior legal professional who enjoys working close to the business and thrives in an international, technology-driven environment. You combine excellent legal judgement with commercial thinking and enjoy creating structure, improving processes and enabling growth.
You bring:
A Master of Laws (LL.M.).
At least 8 years of relevant legal experience, ideally combining a leading business law firm with an international technology company.
Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, particularly within IT, SaaS, cloud and software licensing.
Strong expertise in data privacy, cybersecurity and digital compliance. Experience with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II is highly valued.
An understanding of AI-related legal, regulatory and governance requirements.
Excellent knowledge of corporate law and corporate governance.
A proven ability to build scalable legal processes and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach that balances legal risk with commercial opportunity.
Fluency in English.
