Your Work Environment:
🏢 This role is based in Barcelona, full-time position on a permanent contract
Travel is expected: about 4 times per year to our headquarters in Lyon
Home office : 2/3 days per week possible
Working days : Monday to Friday
Onboarding : as soon as possible
Your role:
Within the Finance Department, you will join the Legal team under the supervision of the Head of Legal.
Your role will be to ensure continuous legal monitoring of the company’s activities by tracking changes in national, European, and occasionally international regulations, as well as relevant case law.
Your responsibilities:
Drafting contracts for clients and/or suppliers, as well as the company’s private partners.
Drafting legal information notes and recommendations for operational teams in order to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable legislation or to anticipate regulatory changes.
Drafting operational documents: responses to tenders, General Terms and Conditions.
Developing processes to ensure compliance across our activities.
Ensuring legal monitoring related to compliance and insurance.
Profile required:
💪 To successfully accomplish these tasks :
You have ; a Master Degree in Law (specialized in insurance is a plus)
3 years minimum of experience as Legal Counsel or Lawyer in Contract/Insurance Law
Experience in an international context
You are fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory). French is a plus.
