About the Team
Our national Insurance & Health practice combines deep industry knowledge with local expertise and the highest standards of client service. Our team of more than 200 specialist lawyers has the depth of experience and agility to help our clients, both in Australia and overseas, to navigate the complex risk landscape and support their insureds.

About the Role
An opportunity awaits you as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel in our insurance team in Perth. We have rewarding work on offer, focusing on a range of litigious and contentious matters arising from professional indemnity, directors & officers and management liability lines of insurance. In addition to this, we have matters involving regulatory investigations, prosecutions and commercial disputes. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field headed up by Toby Barrie and Jason Hart – principals who are committed to empowering you and your career progression.

About You
If the following sounds like you, we would love to hear from you:

• you are an experienced practitioner in the defendant insurance space with a focus on professional indemnity;
• you can efficiently manage your own file load;
• you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;
• you remember what it was like being a junior practitioner and understand the importance of mentoring, and are happy to pass on your expertise and knowledge; and for more senior role
• you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
