We are looking for Junior Legal Counsel. This role supports the company’s legal function across contract management, compliance, corporate structuring, and day-to-day operational matters. The position is well suited for a motivated lawyer at the beginning of their career who is ready to work in an international business environment and grow into a broader in‑house counsel role.


Role overview

The Junior Legal Counsel will assist senior counsel in drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining contract workflows, and ensuring legal compliance in multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external advisors.



Requirements:

  • Completed legal education;
  • Relevant experience with international business, law firm is a plus;
  • Ukrainian - native, English —  Upper-Intermediate and higher 


Key responsibilities

  • Set up and administer e-signature accounts (e.g., DocuSign) and ensure proper use across the company.
  • Arrange and maintain the contracts database, including proper filing, version control, and access rights.
  • Track and manage new and existing contracts, monitor expiry/renewal dates, and timely inform responsible managers.
  • Conduct legal research, including product and mobile app compliance, and prepare clear, structured summaries for internal use.
