Junior Legal Counsel – Real Estate (Permanent)

Overview

A well-established real estate development company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The role will primarily focus on commercial contracts, while also providing exposure to real estate and asset management matters. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Support the legal team on asset management and real estate-related matters.
• Provide legal advice to internal departments on contractual and operational issues.
• Assist in managing legal documentation for development projects and property operations.
• Work closely with senior lawyers and business teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management.

Requirements
