Position: Associate Counsel

Position Overview
The Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Associate Counsel to join our global legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel and the leadership group.
The Associate Counsel will play a key role in supporting the company’s global operations by managing legal strategy, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee corporate structure, governance, and regulatory compliance while supporting risk mitigation initiatives.
Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments affecting the company and the hospitality industry.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in legal strategy across jurisdictions.
Draft, review, and oversee management, operating, licensing, artist, and vendor agreements.
Manage the company’s IP portfolio, including trademarks and domain names, and coordinate enforcement and brand reputation management with external IP counsel.
Maintain corporate and global insurance coverage.
Coordinate and manage relationships with external legal counsel.
Support B2C initiatives and provide legal guidance relevant to hospitality industry operations.
Lead cross-functional legal discussions and collaborate with teams across jurisdictions and time zones.
What We’re Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar or a comparable Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, ideally as in-house counsel at a consumer brand or similar organization.
Prior experience within the hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing industries is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work effectively across international teams and complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
